As a consequence of Bragard’s social involvement, we have created Bolsa M, a non-profit assignment. It has emerged from our need to collaborate and stand by the reality of all those people, especially women, who perform a double role in life, as mothers and as fulltime employees.
It is a fact that, generally, the outburst of professional growth and motherhood tend to overlap in life, in this sense, Bragard has two main objectives; (i) demonstrate companies how a more flexible time schedule benefits them on the long term in several ways (for instance, work centres with higher life quality, recruitment of more prepared resources, loyalty of employees, etc), and; (ii) serve as intermediaries among companies and potential employees providing a platform in order for them to get in touch.
This is exactly what Bolsa M expects to convey, reach out to all those mothers who have the necessity to work under a flexible time schedule, considering this a schedule where a reduced time is permitted, alternative days, home-office, work by project.
Moreover, Bolsa M seeks to help mothers reinsert in the labour market.
