The firm advised FONPLATA (“Fondo Financiero para el Desarrollo de la Cuenca Plata”) in the drafting and negotiation of a USD 29,500,000 credit line with CVU ("Corporación Vial del Uruguay"), which will be used to attend CVU's financing needs, allowing the continuation of construction, repair and maintenance activities carried out along the country.
FONPLATA is a regional development bank made up of five Latin American countries (Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, Uruguay and Paraguay) whose main purpose is to support the integration and development of its member countries. In this sense, they achieve inclusive development through credit operations and non-reimbursable public sector resources. Its headquarters are located in Bolivia, with liaison offices in all other member countries.
