The Corporate department of the firm participated in the purchase and sale of 100% of Servimedic's Company shares, advising the selling side. Servimedic is a laboratory based in Uruguay with a long and well-known local and international trajectory within the pharmaceutical industry; for more than 20 years they have been dedicated to the manufacture and commercialization of a wide range of solid pharmaceutical products, which will now start operating under the management of the Megalabs Group (formerly Roemmers), a company consolidated in the Uruguayan market and in more than fourteen countries within the region.
