Work Experience

She works mainly in the area of Corporate Law, has extensive knowledge in Trusts, and, also assists in Labor Law matters.

Her usual practices include the preparation of reports and memorandums on the Uruguayan legal system applicable to the activities of our clients, assisting in the negotiation and drafting of contracts, and structuring various corporate operations. She provides counsel to individuals and companies in civil, commercial and labor matters of diverse nature, seeking the resolution of conflicts.

Before working at BRAGARD, she worked as an attorney at Estudio Posadas.
