Work Experience

Her professional practice, distinguished by colleagues and clients worldwide, has focused on the areas of corporate law with special emphasis on M&A and Project Finance; as well as in advising local and foreign companies on tax planning matters.

Likewise, she has been part of the structuring and landing process of world renowned companies, linked to different business areas that have decided to set up their headquarters in Uruguay.  She currently advises clients mainly in the areas of capital markets, fintech, ports, oil and gas, and infrastructure.

She has worked as a lawyer and completed her studies in the United States, Argentina and Uruguay. She has been recognized for her professional career by prestigious publications such as Legal 500 and Leaders League.

Academic Experience and Conference Presentations

Postgraduated in Secured Transactions, Public International Law, Negotiation and Business Law, and World Trade and Commerce at the University de Montana, United States.

Master´s Degree in Fiscal Law from Universidad de Montevideo and an Intensive Course on International Fiscal Law from Universidad Austral, Argentina.

Also she taught taxation at Universidad de Montevideo.
