The firm worked, collectively with our firms of the region, as legal advisor to the shareholders of Global Shipping Paraguay S.A. (Ultramar) in the strategic association between the companies Navemar S.A. and Paramar S.A., (member companies of Grupo dos Santos and Global Shipping Paraguay S.A.) and Unimarine Paraguay S.A., member company of Ultramar Group (Chile). The deal had the local support of Estudio Vial y Cía located in Chile, and Berkemeyer Firm located in Paraguay.

The successful strategic partnership involves a 50/50 Joint-Venture legal association of both groups, whose main commercial activities are located in Paraguay.
