The Corporate Department advised on all stages of the production of the film "Asfixiados", which involved the assistance and legal representation of the production company ORCA Films in Uruguay, owner of all the rights of the film script that was recorded in our country. Uruguay was chosen for its incomparable locations and for the offer of audiovisual promotion policies (such as the "Zero VAT") that position our country as a reference worldwide. In constant coordination with the production company and Uruguay XXI, our firm participated in the application to the Uruguay Audiovisual Programme ("PUA"), as well as in the drafting and negotiation of all the agreements with the numerous agents that make up the audiovisual ecosystem and finally facilitated the commercialization of the film with digital platforms.
