Professional experience‍

‍Currently works in the new Restructuring Department and in the Corporate Department of the firm. Lawyer focused on advising the banking and financial sector; financial intermediation companies and credit administrators, in contractual, regulatory and litigation matters. His previous experience includes advising an international bank for twelve years on restructuring, bankruptcy and liquidation and asset recovery in and out of court. Likewise, he advised international bank and credit administration companies in all the lawsuits filed against them. At the same time, he advised important national and international business groups in commercial litigation matters. He has specialized in debt restructurings, portfolio sales, complex credit transactions, among others.
